I’ve been meaning to post about this for a while now… Available as a free download, TheBeatlesNeverBrokeUp.com is providing Everyday Chemistry, an interesting mash up mix tape combining songs from the solo careers of Paul McCartney and John Lennon. The artist behind the mash ups is unknown as far as I can tell, however, the story provided by the website offering the songs for free download details the journey of James Richards who stumbled through the desert, was picked up an inter-dimensional traveler, and then came into the possession of a Beatles album that was never released in our dimension. Yea, it’s pretty bizarre. I haven’t heard a stranger and, literally, unbelievable story since trying to figure out who Clutchy Hopkins is. As a mash up album, Everyday Chemistry is pretty good; at least, it’s worth checking out.  The original songs are better but it’s an interesting listen.  Although, if you don’t like the idea of tampering with John Lennon and Paul McCartney’s music, this definitely isn’t for you.
